TQM Hospitality is an independent restaurant group founded by Juan Sebastian and Adam Berlin. We design, open, and operate full-service restaurants and bars across Georgia, with concepts shaped by hands-on hospitality experience, deep market knowledge, and a refusal to cut corners on quality.

We’re not a franchise. We’re not a fund. Every concept we open is one we’ve personally designed, financed, and run, and we’re in it for the long term.
